ATDC conducts 'Key Life and Soft Skills' workshop

Apparel Training and Design Centre (ATDC) conducted a 'Key Life and Soft Skills' workshop on soft and interpersonal skills at its centre in Gurgaon. The workshop was attended by more than 150 students of ATDC centres in Gurgaon, Rohini and Dilshad Garden, which aimed to provide soft and life skills, for professional careers as well as personal advancement.
The objective of conducting this workshop was to develop and strengthen, especially the communication skills of the students, while highlights of the workshop were time management, interpersonal skills and interview skills.
The workshop which was conducted by 25 Deloitte professionals, worked towards providing guidance and direction to ATDC's students for a successful career, by leveraging their potential for better career prospects.
According to Shalini Sharma, Principal at ATDC Gurgaon, the high level of intense competition in modern world has put emphasis on soft and life skills, not only for professional careers, but also for personal advancement. (AR)
