Knitwear Cotton & Silk Trade Fairs conclude today

The biggest trade shows for home textile & underwear, 90th China Knitwear Cotton Trade Fair and the 20th China Silk Trade Fair, opened in Shanghai New International Expo Center, from February 23, have received the full support of Chinese Commerce Department, and were sponsored by China Textile Commerce Association. Today is the concluding day for both the events.
Together, the China Knitwear Cotton Trade Fair and the China Silk Trade Fair play an important role in promoting the domestic demand and bringing about a flourishing market. It is estimated that till now over 60,000 onlookers visited the expo which includes important textile and clothing wholesalers and enterprises as well as agents from all over the nation.
The 90th China Knitwear Cotton Trade Fair has covered 46,000 square meters, including 2 sections: the fine clothes section and the fashionable home textile section. A total of over 400 Chinese knitwear cotton enterprises which involve 85 percent of famous brands have participated in this trade fair.
On the other hand, the 20th China Silk Trade Fair with the energetic support of the State Silkworm & Silk Coordination Office, has acquired 6,000 square meters, including 3 sections: the achievement section of the eastern silkworm industry moves to the west, famous silk shops, and products trade; a total of over 140 Chinese enterprises will show their products.
