Chinese CPL spot import market flat on Jan18

The Chinese caprolactam (CPL) spot import market was flat on January 18. Trading atmosphere was light on the market, actual negotiation was scarce.
CPL cargo holders offered in the range of US $2,830/ ton (CFR China main port L/C 90 days), downstream bids were around $2,800 / ton, market talks focused on $2800-2820 / ton.
The Chinese domestic CPL spot market was steady on January 18 and trading atmosphere looked dull.
Offers from cargo holders were stable at about 23,500 Yuan / ton, downstream bids were around 23,000 Yuan / ton and market negotiation was in the range of 23,200-23,500 Yuan/ ton.
