PX, Ethylene & MEG prices decline in Asia

Paraxylene (PX) prices went down in the Asian region. In S E Asian region, PX prices declined in the range of US$ 1560/ton to US$ 1565/ton. In F E Asian market, PX prices were quoted at US$ 1535/ton. Prices of PX imported from Taiwanese market plunged down and were assessed in the range of US$ 1560/ton to US$ 1565/ton.      
 
PTA prices declined in Asian markets. In S E Asian market, PTA prices dropped in the range of US$ 1090/ton to US$ 1095/ton. In F E Asian market, PTA prices were offered at US$ 1095/ton. Prices of PTA imported from Taiwanese market remained steady in the range of US$ 1095/ton to US$ 1100/ton. In the Chinese domestic market, PTA prices plunged down in the range of RMB 8225/ton to RMB 8275/ton. 
 
Ethylene prices showed mixed sentiment in the Asian region. In S E Asian market, Ethylene prices went down in the range of US$ 1360/ton to US$ 1365/ton. In F E Asian region, Ethylene prices were offered at US$ 1300/ton. In the US market, Ethylene prices remained unchanged in the range of 53.50 cents/pound to 54.00 cents/pound. Ethylene prices remained stable in European international and domestic markets at US$ 1420/ton and € 1205/ton, respectively.     
 
MEG prices plunged down in Asian markets. In S E Asian region, MEG prices declined and were quoted at US$ 1085/ton. In China market, MEG prices dropped down in the range of US$ 1090/ton to US$ 1095/ton. In the Chinese domestic market, MEG prices went down in the range of RMB 8025/ton to RMB 8075/ton.
 
In S E Asian region, BG PET Chips prices remained stable in the range of US$ 1420/ton to US$ 1450/ton and some deals were negotiated in the range of US$ 1410/ton to US$ 1430/ton. In F E Asian market, selling offers were quoted in the range US$ 1380/ton to US$ 1420/ton. In the Chinese market, BG PET Chips prices were steady at RMB 10300/ton.
 
In Korean market, FG PET Chips prices remained unchanged in the range of US$ 1290/ton to US$ 1330/ton. In Indian market, FOB based prices were offered in the range of US$ 1320/ton to US$ 1360/ton. In the Chinese market, FG PET Chips prices went down and were offered in the range of RMB 10100/ton to RMB 10150/ton. 
 
PSF prices kept steady in the Asian region. In F E Asian market, PSF prices were assessed at US$ 1580/ton. In S E Asian market, PSF selling offers were assessed at US$ 1480/ton. In the Chinese domestic market, PSF prices plunged down and were in the range of RMB 10800/ton to RMB 10850/ton.  
 
In the Chinese domestic market, Polyester POY, DTY and FDY prices declined and were quoted at RMB 11200/ton, RMB 12500/ton and RMB 11150/ton, respectively. In export market, offers for POY, DTY and FDY went down and were offered at US$ 1520/ton, US$ 1690/ton and US$ 1495/ton, respectively.
