Shanghaitex, one of the most important meeting points in China for the industry, will take place on June 10-13 in Shanghai. Rieter, on its joint booth with Jossi in Hall E1, will be presenting its 4 spinning technologies, new series of products and innovations as well as the Rieter Com4 yarns.

4 Spinning technologies

On booth E1D11, Rieter will be exhibiting 4 three-meter high columns which represent Rieter’s 4 spinning technologies and The Comfort of Competence, forming a closed area for the yarn corner, spinning units and spare parts cubes.

Here the Rieter yarns Com4ring, Com4compact, Com4rotor and Com4jet and fabrics made from these yarns will be presented. In addition, spinning units of the 4 spinning systems and original Rieter technology components will be on show.

New products and innovations

The SB-D 22s double-head draw frame without autoleveling, designed for the Chinese market, is not only economically beneficial for customers but also guarantees maximum machine efficiency with a unique can changer up to 1 000 mm.

The J 20 air-jet spinning machine: Rieter customers now profit from a wider application range in material and yarn count. From fibers & yarns to ready-to-wear apparels: live knitting of the Com4jet yarn on a Santoni knitting machine will be demonstrated in the “fashion manufacturing lines" corner of the ShanghaiTex exhibition.

The G 32 ring spinning machine complements Rieter’s ring spinning technology for standard applications. The textile-technological functions of the mill-proven G 35 model have been optimized to achieve cost-efficient yarn production.

Customers profit from a top quality machine that combines efficient energy utilization and superior yarn quality with high spinning speeds. Interested customers are welcome to visit the G 32 ring spinning machine running live at HICORP’s booth E2B01.
