Chinese April acrylic fiber output up 5.9%

China produced 56,190 tons of acrylic fiber in April 2013, an increase of 5.90 percent compared with 53,060 tons in March, according to statistics.
April sales completed 48,160 tons, slightly down from 49,270 tons or a decrease of 2.25 percent from the previous month.
Production and marketing rate in April declined to about 85.71 percent from 92.87 percent in March.
April inventory sharply increased by 50.53 percent to 23,920 tons from 15,890 tons in March.
