Tanatex Chemicals, a company that develops innovative textile processing solutions, ranging from pre-treatment to finishing, is set to display its new performance concepts at Techtextil 2015, scheduled to be held in Frankfurt, Germany, from May 4 to 7, 2015.

The chemical company would present its Express Flame Retardant (FR) concept which helps in reduction of water, energy, and time. The main component of the concept is FLAMEGARD PX, a novel product, especially designed for polyester treatments in exhaust to obtain the flame retardant properties.

The company would also display a wide range of CosmetoTextile finishes which include TASTEX finishing range that offers several skin sensations like cosmetic products and temperature regulators. The company would also show the BAYSCENT range which is the innovative and up-market product line of aroma wellness and scenting finishes and TANACARE, that offers amazing skin care- and protection benefits, according to a press release.

Tanatex Chemicals’s new state-of-the-art technology, which would also be a part of the expo, is Acrafix PCI, a new generation of blocked aliphatic polyisocyanates, that performs as an excellent crosslinker and adhesion promoter. Another product on display is BAYGARD FBI which is based on the same technology and performs as an outstanding booster and improves the film forming properties of fluorocarbon.

The company would also unveil HydrECO which helps to create modern state of-the-art outdoor and sportswear and technical fabrics, such as awnings, boat covers and outdoor furnishing.

Tanatex’s Insect Proof concept to be launched at the show is useful for outdoor activities and protects users from insects stinging through the fabric and does not leave a negative effect on handle.

The company’s state-of-the-art products are based on trends and demands in today’s (technical) textiles and carpet processing industry. Through a worldwide network of offices, agencies and distributors, Tanatex Chemicals supplies its global customers with quality wet processing products and provides a high level of technical service.
