Govt urges Russia to draft mutually beneficial trade policy

Several years ago, for SinKiang dealers chief trade interactions were conducted with Commonwealth of Independent States.
However, today, as tariff to Russia is very high, many Chinese dealers are forced to export footwear through illegal means. As a result, many shoe-shipments have been seized by Russian customhouse in recent years.
The official of SinKiang's Border Trade Administration Department said, present import and export trade in SkiKiang focuses on Kazakhstan. As for the problems concerning shoe exports to Russia, management urged China and Russia to discuss and adopt a mutually beneficial economic and trade mechanism.
