Lifestyle Fabrics - outcome of board meeting

Lifestyle Fabrics Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 07, 2009, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:
Appointment of New Directors
The following new directors were inducted on the Board of the Company:
a. Mr. Birendra Kumar - Promoter Director
b. Mr. Vikash Shekhar - Independent Director
c. Mr. Rajesh Kumar Garg - Independent Director
Resignation of Existing Directors:
The following directors have resigned with immediate effect:
a. Mr. Jayesh Kantilal Shah
b. Mr. Shreyas Chinubhai Sheth
c. Mr. Bhupendra Mangaldas Shah
d. Mr. Kamalbhai Rameshbhai Sheth
e. Mr. Indrakumar Somchand Shah.
Division of Arvind mills, Lifestyle Fabrics was incorporated in 1993. The company was established to undertake a project to manufacture jacquard woven furnishing fabrics to be used as upholstery materials, curtain materials and made ups like cushion covers, table mats, wall hangings, etc. The company manufactured cotton fabrics for exports.
