Remember 'Sunny' Sunil Gavaskar batting it out in suit lengths of Shri Dinesh Mills Ltd. in their 'take the world in your stride' ad campaign? This record sort of endorsement campaign ran successfully for over 11 consecutive years!

As a premium stylish brand in the year 2007, Dinesh's ads featured Akshaye Khanna endorsing this 70 year old mill's suiting and shirting. And the story goes on…

Based in Vadodara, the erstwhile royal state of Western India, Shri Dinesh Mills Limited has a long drawn tradition of manufacturing worsted fabrics (Menswear), paper makers felts and industrial textiles. One can say for sure that it is a composite mill in every sense where entire manufacturing processes are conducted within its premises.

Dinesh makes a 'vast range of weaves in suiting fabrics like Plains, Twills, Gabardines, Hopsack, Barrathea, Satins, Herringbones and other fancy fabrics, woven in vibrant of colors which are inspired by every facet of the Universe from the Sky to the Seas, the Forests, the Mountains and every awe-inspiring facet of Mother Earth!!' as per its website.

This seven decades old company plans foray in the readymade garments sector based of the performance of its pilot single marketing outlet opened in Vadodara, recently. Though this area is considered crowded what with global and local brands competing for shelf space, this successful pilot may be the precursor for altogether new business line to come up from.

Dinesh's product range also comprises of press and dryer fabrics used in paper and board mills, and newsprint industries.

Technical Textiles arena in India is considered a 'sunrise' sector and Shri Dinesh Mills Ltd, has yet again taken the lead. Non-woven fabrics that work as Dust Collectors and Air Filters having wide and varied areas of application in industries like Cement, Pharmaceuticals, Fertilisers, Refineries, Chemical Processing Industries, Metal Washeries & Automobiles are also manufactured by this company.
