Nylon FDY & DTY prices ascend

In Chinese market, Caprolactam (CPL) price remained stable around RMB 21950 / ton and nylon chip price too remained steady around RMB 24000 / ton.
In August month with slowing downstream demand, Chinese imports of nylon 6 and 66 chip declined by 26 percent and 8 percent respectively from the month of July 2010.
Nylon FDY and DTY price moved up and new price assessed around RMB 27700 / ton and RMB 29200 / ton respectively. Nylon POY price remained stable around RMB 26400 / ton.
