Chinese denim not to attract temporary anti-dumping duty

The Mexican Ministry of Economic Affairs announced a preliminary ruling, saying that Mexico will continue the anti-dumping investigation on the denim originating from China and that temporary anti-dumping duty will not be imposed.
The Ministry has also asked all stakeholders to submit additional arguments and evidences to the Secretariat of the International Trade Administration under the Ministry of Economy of Mexico within 30 working days.
