TRSA's 2011 Annual Conference – 'Stronger Together'

Textile Rental Services Association of America - TRSA's 2011 Annual Conference “Stronger Together” will take place October 16-19 at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa, Scottsdale, Ariz., premiering a new meeting format featuring educational sessions and networking for all levels of management in textile services companies.
The event will provide updates on the latest trends and practices in the uniform and linen supply business to the entire range of industry professionals from owners to executives to front-line managers. The 20-plus sessions will appeal to local and regional independent operators and national companies covering hot-button topics in hospitality, industrial and healthcare markets. Seminars are scheduled concurrently to enable attendees to participate in those most applicable to their professions and market specialties.
In addition, respecting participants' need to cost-effectively manage their travel costs and time, this meeting consolidates the full range of association activities into a single event, as this one-stop Conference will also include:
• Keynote presentations by renowned authors on customer service and turning “green” into profits
• ½ day workshops on safety, dust control and specialty garments
• Local Plant Tours
• TRSA Leadership Conference committee meetings and Annual Membership meeting
Finally, the Conference offers four (4) hours of table-top exhibits with 75 leading Associate members promoting goods, equipment and services that enable textile services companies to increase sales, streamline operations, reduce costs and enhance productivity and profitability.

The Annual Conference is open to ALL laundry operators – TRSA members and non-members. Only TRSA Associates may attend and exhibit. The Conference combines elements of three previous TRSA meeting formats: the Annual Convention, Leadership Conference and Healthcare/Tech-Plant Conferences with sessions for senior management and plant operations.
