Jaipur gets first Hakoba outlet

In a bid to expand its network in North, Hakoba Lifestyle Ltd, a subsidiary of Rs120-crore Pioneer Embroideries Ltd (PEL) has opened its store in Jaipur.

The Pioneer Group is one of Asia's largest embroidery manufacturers and among the world's leading crochet lace producers.

Apart from Jaipur, company also aims to open stores in Jodhpur, Udaipur, Ajmer and Bikaner in Rajasthan, said Sharad Bhatia, President of Group.

Pioneer has also decided to establish more than hundred stores in next couple of years, in major cities of India and abroad.

He added embroidered wear in north India was very popular and Hakoba was seen as a reliable, high quality and fashionable brand.

Pioneer Embroideries Ltd, already has a market share of 14-15 percent in the wholesale EFL segment, and has achieved this level due to its ability to design, produce, stock and sell quality products.

By end March, company would open an outlet in Lille (near Paris) in France, which would showcase embroidered products for one year, Bhatia added.
