* No Import Duty
* No Exice Duty
* No Sales Tax
* No Service Tax
* No Income Tax
- 100 % for the first 5 years
- 50 % for the next 5 years
- 50 % of the profit ploughed back for the next 5 years
* Single Window Clearance, No routine examinations and many
other advantages.

Mundra SEZ can accommodate large size projects. The Product offerings include the following:

Land + 7 Connections
Mundra SEZ is adopting the popular Chinese model of “One Leveling and Seven Connections”. The developed land would be leveled and landscaped with boundary walls and street lights. The seven connections would comprise:

1.Roads
2.Power
3.Gas
4.Water
5.Drainage
6.Sewage
7.Telecom network

The Government of Gujarat is the only State that has brought in the amendments in the Labour Law that fulfills the demands of the Textile & Apparel Industry to be an effective player in the Global markets.

Coming to specific issues of electricity, water, water softening & effluent, the Zone's own 600 X 2 MW power plant will provide reliable and uninterrupted power.

Water from Narmada pipeline is already available in the Zone. This will further be augmented by desalinated water.

In response to the National & Global Market developments, Government Policies and initiatives of the Ministry of Textile & Apparel, the developer of Mundra SEZ is setting up an Integrated Textile & Apparel Park in Mundra SEZ over an area of 348 acres.
