Wool brands mark their presence in US markets

Two well-known New Zealand based wool companies have launched initiatives in the US, in a bid to raise consumer awareness about the benefits of using wool, particularly, New Zealand grown wool, rather than synthetic fibers in carpets.
The promotion highlights the environmental and sustainable features of New Zealand grown wool. Both the wool companies have launched wool brands and are forming partnerships with US based wool carpet producers.
Wool Partners International has been signing carpet manufacturers in the United States to use its 'Laneve' brand and has now 10 brand partners, in the US market, after signing agreements with another two large manufacturers and retailers.
The other wool company; Elders has a partnership with CCA Global Partners, a major international carpet retailer, to supply New Zealand wool for luxury carpets and rugs to be made in the US and is also in talks with other carpet producers.
