Retail Anywhere announced that Eco-Chic, a resale retailer, has selected and installed its POS and Enterprise management solutions to help the retailer better manage its extensive inventory while ensuring improved customer service.

Eco-Chic operates 11 store locations throughout Phoenix and Scottsdale Arizona with four different store concepts; My Sister's Closet – recycled designer apparel, My Sister's Attic – recycled home furnishing, Small Change – recycled kids stuff, and Well Suited – men's resale. Eco- Chic's resale model is 100% consignment, offering top brands like Armani, Prada, Burberry, Tommy Bahama, Moschino, and Chanel priced 60% to 90% below retail.

Eco-Chic's top priorities were to improve data quality and inventory management while providing its customers with a quick and accurate transaction process. “We are a complex operation, with requirements that go beyond traditional retail, such as real-time consignment details across our 11 locations, said Ann Siner, Owner and CEO of Eco-Chic. “Retail Anywhere has been able to meet our requirements in all areas while delivering a system that is very user friendly requiring minimal training time for our employees.”

“We are excited to have another resale retail chain using the Retail Anywhere solution,” said Branden Jenkins, CEO for Retail Anywhere. “We look forward to helping Eco-Chic obtain their business objectives and supporting their success in this quickly growing industry.”

Retail Anywhere is a leading developer of point of sale and retail management technologies, supplying solutions to both large and small retailers worldwide since 1981.
