Reflexis Systems Inc announced that Pantaloon Retail (India) Limited has implemented Reflexis Task Manager and StoreWalk in 13 weeks. Pantaloon Retail (I) Ltd., one of the largest retailers in India with more than 1,000 stores across over 60 cities, is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange. The company is the flagship enterprise of the Future Group, a major business house in India with multiple subsidiaries.

"By implementing Reflexis, we have already seen improvements in customer service and employee productivity through increased visibility into store-level completion and compliance status," said Ushir Bhatt, CEO of Future Knowledge Services Limited, which is a Future Group company and the services arm for all other Future Group companies.

"We are pleased with the scalability of the Reflexis solution, and we anticipate we will realize additional benefits by implementing Reflexis KPI Activator to leverage real-time, metrics-based alerts to respond to problems and opportunities using best practices."

"We are delighted to welcome Pantaloon Retail to our growing list of customers, which includes some of the biggest and best-known retailers in the world," said Prashanth Palakurthi, founder and CEO of Reflexis. "Pantaloon Retail is well-known in India as a fast growing company that provides its customers with a wide range of exceptional products and excellent customer service. We look forward to working with Pantaloon to help drive the company's growth while improving customer service levels."
