Visual PLM.net version 3.11 with new Microsoft technology
Nov '10
Visual 2000 International Inc. announces the release of version 3.11 of its popular Visual PLM.net product lifecycle management solution for fashion and softgoods retailers, brands, manufacturers, and suppliers.

As the first fashion PLM solution developed around the new Microsoft Windows Internet Explorer 9 web browser and Silverlight 4 development platform, the new software edition delivers a more engaging and interactive user experience with up to 50% faster response times, streamlined navigation, and advanced search capabilities.

“This new release allows Visual PLM.net users to more fully benefit from the many new and enhanced functional capabilities that we added earlier this spring,” stated Charles Benoualid, vice president of research and development. “We are very pleased with the positive response in the market to the advancements we have made with PLM this year. The fast growth that we are experiencing now reinforces our commitment to bring the best and brightest technology to our clients to help them achieve more with PLM than ever before.”

Highlights of the Visual PLM.net version 3.11 release include:

• Blazing Fast Speed – up to 50% faster than previous versions
• More Intuitive System Navigation
• More Interactive Control
• Improved Usability
• State-of-the-Industry Search Tools

The latest edition of Visual PLM.net also includes built-in integration with the company's all-new Visual BI.net business intelligence (BI) and planning solution. This first of its kind solution will empower fashion companies to benefit from the seamless integration of retail point-of-sale (POS) data into new design, merchandising, and product development decisions.

Visual PLM.net provides retailers and their supply chain partners with a configurable, out-of-the-box software solution for managing all product information and images, colors and raw materials, merchandise and line plans, size and technical specifications, sampling and costing, time and action calendars, and other critical business assets and processes. By making this always-up-to-date information readily accessible to all, Visual PLM.net improves team and partner collaboration, increases process visibility, reduces product costs, and streamlines the entire concept-to-delivery business process.
