In January-May 2007, China's exports of knitted sportswear registered 57.68 million sets, a rise of 17.27 percent, over last year.
Export amount realized US $339 million, a swell of 65.42 percent from the preceding year.
Average export price stood at $5.87 per set, an year-on-year growth of 41.11 percent.
At the same time, exports of men's leisure suit reached 94.55 million sets, a swell of 20.78 percent over the year 2006.
Export amount created $429 million, a hike of 79.20 percent, from the year before. And the average export price stood at $4.53 per set, growing at 48.04 percent over the same period as last year.
While, the exports of women's knitted trousers reached 421 million pieces, an increase of 20.41 percent over the corresponding last year.
Export amount marked $1.568 billion, a boost of 72.08 percent, when compared to 2006.
Average export price read $3.73 per piece, up by 42.91 percent, in excess to last year.
