As the busy summer comes to an end, families everywhere prepare to head back to school. Students and their parents are faced with the often overwhelming task of budgeting and prepping for the year ahead. Target provides a one-stop shop for everything from school supplies to dorm accessories to stylish apparel – all at a great value.

This year, Target introduces TargetLists,SM a multi-occasion gift and shopping list tool designed to prepare students as they head back to school. TargetLists makes shopping fun and efficient, and is accessible via easy-to-use in-store kiosks or online at Target.com/targetlists. Students, parents and teachers can browse products, create lists, add items and share lists with others. Gift givers can visit local Target stores to purchase items or shop from an online list where items are purchased, wrapped and shipped all in one stop.

“Target offers the convenience of one-stop shopping, allowing parents and students alike to choose from a variety of items including the latest and greatest in school supplies to fashion finds all for a great price,” said Kathee Tesija, executive vice president merchandising, Target. “Target guests can shop with ease with a wide product assortment and know they are getting a great value.”

Back to School:
To help students get ready for the year ahead, Target offers the basics and beyond to start the year off right.

Fashion:
Casual summer tees and shorts give way to cheerful brights and playful patterns found in the Mossimo for Target collection. Reminiscent of laid-back summer days, this collection provides a range of hoodies, cargo shorts, leggings and skirts. Boys and girls find both preppy and retro options, including neutral earth tones and bolder pops of cranberry and green.

Supplies with Style:
This season, students can stay true to their personal style while loading up on all the necessary supplies. Whether filling a classic backpack, updated messenger bag or sling-pack style, Target offers learning tools and school supplies such as calculators, planners, pencil cases, markers and colored pencils for the first day of school, all at low prices. Backpacks, lunch totes, binders and notebooks feature graphic patterns and favorite pop culture icons such as The Incredible Hulk and Speed Racer.

Target has partnered with Disney on the overwhelmingly popular Disney Channel original movie, Camp Rock, to offer licensed products featuring teen singing sensations, the Jonas Brothers. Target will carry a variety of exclusive Camp Rock back-to-school necessities across numerous categories including backpacks, lunch totes and school supplies as well as apparel, accessories, bedding, furniture, home accessories and toys.

Technology:
Technology makes learning portable for students. Jump drives in a rainbow of colors allow students to transport files for homework or special projects with ease. Sleek digital picture viewers easily incorporate visual components into class projects and offer a fun way to share photos with friends. In addition, a range of convenient storage devices keep students' documents and digital pictures accessible whether in class, at the library or at home.
