Parlux inks license pact for Paris Hilton sunglasses

Leading prestige fragrances manufacturer & international distributor Parlux Fragrances Inc informed that it had entered into an exclusive worldwide license agreement to develop and market sunglasses for Paris Hilton.
Following the successful launch of Paris Hilton fragrances in 2004, the company entered into similar agreements with Ms Hilton for watches, handbags, small leather goods and cosmetics, and will now offer a complete range of complementary accessories worldwide.
The company also announced it had recently entered into a distribution agreement with A Tempo Collectors, S.L., a Spanish company, to distribute Paris Hilton watches throughout Europe and Eastern Europe, excluding Russia.
Ilia Lekach, Chairman and CEO of Parlux said, "We are very pleased with the continuing progress of Paris Hilton accessories. We encountered some initial delays in development, but will commence shipment of handbags and the PH line of fashion watches during this quarter."
Lekach continued, "We will proceed with the International roll out of all accessories as we continue to negotiate additional distribution agreements."
Parlux Fragrances Inc is a manufacturer and international distributor of prestige products and, in addition to the Paris Hilton licenses, holds the licenses to manufacture and distribute the fragrance brands of Perry Ellis, GUESS?, XOXO, Ocean Pacific (OP), Maria Sharapova, Andy Roddick, babyGund and Fred Hayman Beverly Hills.
