Philadelphia-based clothier ChaCha N’Kole and the centre for architectural events Design, Philadelphia have come together to organize a one of a kind exhibition highlighting high-fashion designs for full-figured women.

Titled as C.U.R.V.V, which stands for Creations Ultimately Redefining Views of Voluptuous Women, the event is scheduled to take place on October 13, 2013, at University of Penn Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, Philadelphia.

Designed by ChaCha N’Kole, the exhibits will include a collection of 12 handmade gowns, inspired from the historical artefacts displayed at the Egyptian sector of the Pennsylvanian museum.

In addition to the clothing exhibit, a short film, based on a plus-sized fashion model, written and directed by ChaCha N’Kole and TsiTsi P. Productions, will also be featured subsequently at the event.
