Los Angeles FW to host fashion catwalks & related events

The forthcoming edition of Los Angeles Fashion Week will organize an array of catwalk shows and other fashion related activities at different venues spread across the motion picture capital of the world.
Slated to take place from October 9 to 18, 2013, the soiree will host a number of events under separate themes such as Vintage fashion Expo, Men’s Fashion Week LA and Style Fashion Week.
Designer names like Sue Wong, Louis Verdad, Chagoury Couture, Michael Costello, Mike Vensel, Lloyd Klein, Walter Mendez and Project Runway participant Gordana Gehlhausen will present their latest creations at the event.
In addition to the American designers’ runway presentations, the soiree will also include the Africa Fashion Week Los Angeles (AFWLA), which will feature some of Africa’s new emerging talents as well as many great established brands.
Conferences, award shows and fundraising events will also be organized on the sidelines of the 10-day-long fashion-packed schedule.
