Jaeger's unique sartorial heritage is sympathetically woven into the latest menswear collection, with the luxury handwriting of perfect cut, proportion and fabrication for modern classics with timeless appeal.
Tailoring is redefined with two key suit shapes that take their names from the brand's illustrious history. Tomalin, named after Lewis Tomalin, one of Jaeger's founding fathers, and the more modern lines of Milton, inspired by the company's post-war HQ on Milton Street.
Both silhouettes come in exclusive lightweight Italian wools, perfect for staying sharp throughout the season. The look is clean and sharp, with pinstripes, puppytooth and houndtooth checks, and the graphic tone-on-tone patterning of a micro-pinpoint superfine wool.
Hand stitching effects help detail pockets and lapels on a luxurious silk linen blend.Tailoring is complemented perfectly by the new fine gauge cotton or merino knits in Jaeger's iconic black and white stripes, cool melange greys and tonal blues with an accent of mint.
The theme continues in the textural basketweave cotton knits, which give basic sweaters an instant luxe appeal. Signature black and white goes through to the season's shirtings with Prince of Wales checks and herringbone patterns, offset with the sharp contrast of white collar and cuffs for a tailored shirt silhouette, perfectly teamed with any one of the four coordinating ties which complement each shirt in the range.
The new mood is for layering and lightweight outerwear, reflected in a short mac in changeant cotton gabardine, a soft-touch sueded funnel-neck jacket and a luxurious suede blouson.
