Trend & Tech at BTS - comprehensive offer for leather sector

The spring edition of the BTS Fair of Shoes, Leather and Leather Goods will take place on 12-13 May 2010 in the area of Miedzynarodowe Targi Poznanskie, where the latest collections for the Autumn-Winter 2010/2011 season will be presented. The BTS Fair is a two-day opportunity for intensive trade meetings and a professional platform for gaining knowledge and exchanging experience.
Trend and Tech – a comprehensive offer for the sector
New market products and fair premieres will be presented in pavilion 3 in two themed areas; Trend that includes collections of footwear, clothing and leather goods, and Tech that brings together exhibitors presenting leather goods, components and footwear and leather accessories as well as machines and technologies for the sector. The fair exhibition will present collections with nearly 80 brand names from Poland, Italy, Portugal and other countries.
Platform for meetings and education
The perfect complement to the exhibitors' displays will be the attractive program of events, prepared in cooperation with our partners and including seminars and lectures for both sales specialists and manufacturers. The subject of seminars and lectures delivered by experts will cover fashion trends in footwear designed for the Autumn-Winter 2010/2011 season and practical advice and instructions on how to conduct sales talks with a difficult customer, or how to efficiently sell footwear in a shoe shop. Seminars will be held in a special sector in the speaker's corner in pavilion 3. The sector meeting organized on the first day of the Fair by the Polish Chamber of Shoe and Leather Industry in Radom will be an occasion to exchange views, opinions and experience regarding the present and future situation of the sector.
Prestigious awards
Superior quality products presented during the Fair and those involving modern technology solutions will be honoured during the Awards Gala ceremony with the most valuable trophy of Miedzynarodowe Targi Poznanskie, the MTP Gold Medal. It is one of the most prestigious quality awards in Poland.
The Exhibitors' Evening with twist
The great occasion to bring sector representatives closer together will be the Exhibitors' Evening to the rhythm of twist, to which we invite both the exhibitors and sales specialists. Glaring lights, vivid colours and geometrical shapes will send them into a trance of good entertainment. Hits from the 1960s and 1970s by the music stars from Poland and abroad will complete the task.
Registration of visitors
Professionals from the footwear and leather sector can register on-line or directly in ticket offices in the Eastern Hall. For registered visitors the admission to the fair premises and entry to the MTP area (from ul. Sniadeckich) is free of charge. The registration of people who enter the area is carried out at the entrance to pavilion 3. The price of aone-time admission ticket for those who will not register is 50 PLN.
