Asian benzene prices dip due to lower energy values

Benzene prices moved down in Asia in the last week due to lower energy values in the region.
In Korea, average prices plunged by US$ 60/ton and assessed at US$ 815/ton in the last week, a decrease of 6.86 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.
In Japan, average prices decreased by US$ 60/ton to US$ 820/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, after a reduction of 6.82 per cent.
In India, average prices went down by US$ 60/ton and quoted at US$ 825/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, a fall of 6.78 per cent.
