Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International School of Textiles and Management (SVPISTM), Autonomous Institute (Approved by AICTE) Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India is an unique organization in the field of Textile Management creating a cadre of manpower capable of bringing the Indian textile industry to the forefront.

Technical University of Liberec, Czech Republic is one of the Europe's largest textile university with large number of patent's and inventions to their credit, have come together through an Memorandum of Understanding to translate formidable research into industrial use.

In this regard both the institutions with Nodal Centre for upgradation of Textile Education which was set up with an objective of upgrading the textile education of the country is currently functioning as an arm of SVPISTM, jointly have promoted this one day International INDO-CZECH seminar "Recent Trends in Textile Technology and Management" on 3rd Feb 2012.

The program is beneficial to textile industry professionals', faculty, scientist, and research scholar and textile industry professionals.
