Brother Intl begins shipping new single head embroidery machines

Brother International Corporation's Industrial Products Division, a global leader in the industrial sewing market, announced they have begun shipping their newly redesigned single head machines. The BE-0901, a 9 needle industrial embroidery machine, and the BE-1201, a 12 needle machine, combine state-of-the-art advancements with the Brother brand's renowned craftsmanship to increase productivity and overall sewing quality.
The BE-0901 and the BE-1201 machines boast many new innovative features. The “Production Reporting” feature, displays real-time data such as design status, output, stitch count, thread breaks, and production on the user's computer monitor (computer and monitor not included). Important production data, such as production rates, sewing times per units produced, speed and other operations, and production statistics can be displayed using graphs and can be stored for up to 3 years.
Users can view sewing-in-progress and edit directly on the machine's display screen. In addition, the BE-0901/BE-1201 can be networked in any configuration and controlled by a single computer with 3 of the Brother single, 4- or 6-head embroidery machines These enhancements allow users to increase productivity and efficiency dramatically. The machines connect directly to a PC via a harness that is supplied with the machine.
Users can send designs and graphics fast and without additional steps. Standard on all Brother Industrial Embroidery machines is the jumbo bobbin, which allows maximized productivity with fewer bobbin changes. The machines are can be purchased as a complete package with PC, software and harness, or as a single unit which can be added to current production configurations or can operate independently.
