Prices of industrial producers: In February compared to January, prices of industrial producers increased 1.2 % in total (for domestic consumption and for export). For domestic consumption, prices of products of industrial producers rose 2.4 %. Prices of products in manufacturing 0.2 %.
Concerning the manufacturing, textiles and textile products 1.1 %. Prices of other non-metallic chemicals, chemical products and man-made fibres and also machinery and equipment n.e.c. 0.5 %. Prices of leather and leather products declined 1.6 %, refined petroleum products 1.2 %.
Prices of products of industrial producers for export increased 0.2 %.
Compared to February 2007, prices of industrial producers speeded up to 3.7 % in total (for domestic consumption and for export).
Prices of producers in industry increased 5.1 % for domestic market, on the basis of higher prices of products in manufacturing by 3.3 %.
Concerning the manufacturing, prices of refined petroleum products increased at most 43.3 %. Prices of chemicals, chemical products and man-made fibres 2.5 %, machinery and equipment n.e.c. 0.3 %. Prices of leather and leather products 1.5 %, textiles and textile products 0.4 %.
Export prices in products of industrial producers increased year-on-year 2.7 %.
From the beginning of year, on average, prices of industrial producers rose 3.2 % in total compared to the corresponding period last year.
Domestic prices of producers in industry increased 4.7 %, of which prices of products in manufacturing 3.1 %. Prices of products of industrial producers for export increased 2.2 %.
Prices of agricultural products:
In February, a year-on-year rise in prices of agricultural products continued. They rose totally 14.5 % as a result of higher prices of crop products by 41.9% and animal products by 8.3 %.
Prices increase in animal products was caused by higher prices of majority of products categories. Prices of raw sheep wool in pots 1.5 %.
