Chinese Carbazole Violet Pigment attracts anti-dumping duty

In a recent ruling the US Department of Commerce announced the final ruling on review of anti-dumping investigation on imports of Carbazole Violet Pigment, originating from China.
The notification states that, the involved Chinese enterprise, Nanjing Trust Chem Co., Ltd and imposed anti-dumping duty amounting to 29.57 percent.
On December 19, 2003, Department of Commerce had launched anti-dumping investigation of Carbazole Violet Pigment imported from China; with customs code 32,041,790.
On February 2, 2009, the U.S. Department of Commerce made the fourth administrative review on the anti-dumping case and announced the same now.
