“The 20th International Exhibition on Shoes & Leather Industry” (Shoes & Leather Guangzhou 2010) incorporate with “Guangzhou International Leather Exhibition – GILE” and “Guangzhou International Tanning Technology & Machinery Exhibition – GITTME” will be held on 1 – 3 June 2010 and take place at Chinese Import & Export Fair Pazhou Complex Area B. 20 years from its inception, Shoes & Leather Guangzhou 2010 is the sector's most important dedicated international and professional exhibition in Asia, which is a pivotal platform for communication and interaction within shoes and leather industry.

The exhibition will once again bring together over 1,000 exhibitors from Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Bangladesh, China, Egypt, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, Pakistan, Portugal, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom and USA, etc.

The gross exhibition area of 50,000sqm will be occupied 2,000 booths or more to showcase the latest tanning technologies and superior leather. A wide range exhibit profile includes: Leather/ Tannery, Synthetic Leather, Garment Leather, Furniture Leather, Raw Hides, Tanning Machinery, Synthetic Machinery, Machinery for Leathergoods, Footwear Machinery, Shoes Materials, Chemical, Accessories/ Components, etc. The approximate number of 25,000 trade visitors will come to the show.

Dazzling concurrent events
“International Footwear Design Competition (IFDC)” is organized by the International Footwear Conference – IFC, this competition aims to affirm the importance of shoe design in this continuously developing shoe industry, enhance product competitiveness.

Final round of competition will be concurrently held at the exhibition, meanwhile, shoe design profiles and finished products will be showcased at the “Trend Walk”.

“Trend Walk” is a non-profit, non-commercial interaction event, it is expertly rounded off with fashion and senses by:
