Two themes for Salon International de la Lingerie

Jan '11
After the success of the 2010 Edition, the 2011 Salon International de la Lingerie will open its doors for three days on 22-23-24 January 2011 at Paris-Expo, Port de Versailles, and it promises to be a rewarding and creative trade show.

For the second year in a row, the Salon International de la Lingerie will be in Pavilions 3
and 4.

Pavilion 4

• Be Essential (corsetry, daytime lingerie, stocking and tights)
• Be Chic (designers, luxury collections)
• Be Spicy (young designers, avant-garde collections)
• Be Men (underwear, homewear)

Pavilion 3

• Be Lounging (homewear, loungewear, nightwear, interior collections)

Building on last year s success, the Salon International de la Lingerie is capitalizing on its re- confirmed energy to reflect, more than ever, a glamorous urban universe that s continually evolving

The City is the Centre of the Salon International de la Lingerie!
The Salon International de la Lingerie gives women city dwellers the place of honour in the heart of the city - and what a city! Paris and the world s capitals have inspired the visual identity for the new 2011 session.

This year we are taking daring initiatives. We are sharing and combining and we are absorbing the urban environment. A new dynamic is happening and we re looking to the future with confidence. There's one key word - optimism.

The Lingerie Woman: Act II
The Salon International de la Lingerie unveils the publicity campaign s second act. For the first time, our message is going out in two phases. Eurovet envisions the Lingerie Woman as bold, dynamic and at home in an urban universe - the overall theme for this trade show. After a first, more mysterious act, the Lingerie Woman finally reveals herself, and she shows up, cheeky and in corsetry.

Made in Lingerie Trends
In line with the ideas of rediscovered and shared pleasures, this year the trends space will be set up like a living area where people come together to share ideas and move forward.

This will be a truly interactive zone which includes a vintage lingerie boutique, a bookstore and even a chocolate bar. The Salon International de la Lingerie and Nelly Rodi are breaking all the rules of a conventional forum to offer a completely new approach to understanding the trends and the air du temps. This new inspiration space will be set up to inspire creation, with a factory ambiance, a salvage spirit and a return to home made. The key words are: re-invent, re-compose and re-associate. And its all happening in a community spirit with the values of sharing and solidarity.

Another new addition to this space are the IT LINGERIE and IT ECO exhibitions, with ten key models in each category showing both the 2010 season trends and what s new in the sustainable development movement. The models presented will be chosen in partnership with the Fédération Française de Lingerie. This knowledgeable, directional presentation will provide a reading of the trade show in one look - presenting new fits, innovative materials, unexpected colours and more And finally, the do-not-miss Brands Fashion Show, a major source of inspiration for tomorrow s creations, will put the collection s best-sellers on stage. For the first time, the Salon International de la Lingerie will present two fashion shows each day: 1 100% LINGERIE (Transgression) and 1 100% LOUNGEWEAR (Pause).
