Successful participation at Inlegmash - Rieter

From 20 – 22 April, the bi-annual Inlegmash Exhibition was held in Moscow. The Inlegmash is an international exhibition for equipment and technological systems in light industry with special focus on the textile industry.

Rieter participated with its own exhibition stand and welcomed numerous visitors from the Eastern European countries. Rieter has assured its presence in Moscow for many years with its own branch office which provides a central point of contact for customers from Eastern Europe. Also this year the exhibition team from Rieter was able to attend to numerous customers and to conduct interesting discussions and negotiations.

A talking point was the new RSB-D 22 double-head autoleveler draw frame with a delivery speed of two times 1 100 m/min. A further source of great interest was the R 923 semi-automatic rotor spinning machine, a product which has been well-established on the market for several years.

The semi-automatic machine has been conceived specially for economical production with manual operation and combines a high quality level of the yarn with efficient machine ergonomics.

The behavior of yarns produced on Rieter machines when processed to fabric could be assessed by the visitors themselves by means of the various end products shown.

This year's Inlegmash was overshadowed by the eruption of the Eyjafjallajökull volcano. As the air space was partially closed, several interested parties were unable to visit the trade fair. Rieter hopes to give them a warm welcome at the next trade fair with Rieter participation.
