In the last year, Life is good relied on attune to help with its upgrade to SAP AFS 6.5 and provide support for key follow-on projects, including automation of the company’s EDI (electronic data exchange) outbound processes. The result has led to faster, more accurate delivery of shipment information to more than 30 trading partners.

“Our trading partners constitute approximately 70 percent of products that get shipped out of the Life is good warehouse, so it was critical to improve efficiencies where possible,” added Ireson. “With attune’s help, we replaced a highly manual, error-prone process with an automated approach that our partners appreciate.”
