Bull+Moose signs Polo player Phillips as brand envoy
Sep '13
Bull+Moose - a maker of high quality bow ties and neckties is pleased to announce its signing of champion professional polo player Brandon Phillips as a brand ambassador and advisor.

Considered one of the world’s most talented polo players, Brandon has captured some of the sport's most coveted trophies. He's won the USPA Silver Cup, the Gold Cup of the Americas, and the C.V. Whiteney Cup. He has also been a finalist in the US Open of Polo.

"Bull+Moose is more than just quality bow ties and neckties. It is all about rugged individualism, joie-de-vivre, and classic style" said Diego Echeverri, CEO of Bull+Moose. "We started this company to create high quality products at a fair price for today's young professional, all while doing good and giving back." Echeverri says that "from the beginning, we wanted someone who represented these ideas and values. Brandon is that person".

Brandon Phillips has a significant impact in the world of polo but his success also extends outside the game.  He represents the sport in fundraisers and humanitarian efforts. Phillips is enthusiastic about the new partnership with Bull+Moose, Inc. "Bull+Moose is a great company that makes gentlemen look good, all while doing good." said Phillips. "Bull+Moose's strategic partnerships with charities focused on helping boys, men and Veterans is really great." Phillips will serve as a face of the company on and off the Polo field.

The B+M look is a mix of classic style with a modern twist and seasonal inspiration. Every tie is handmade and available exclusively through their website. The company is able to make high quality handmade ties at such a disruptive price because they cut out the middleman. Bull+Moose is a small operation of just three people, and very lean. Unlike large fashion labels or companies that make ties, Bull+Moose does not have a high overhead or need to pay licensing fees. This model allows savings to be passed on directly to customers and while still being able to give back to good causes.

About The Company:

Bull+Moose is a purveyor of neckwear for gentlemen. Bull+Moose sells handcrafted silk, linen, velvet bow ties and neckties. The idea for Bull+Moose was originally conceived of by two friends, Diego Echeverri and Francisco Diaz-Mitoma Jr. Bull+Moose is a Veteran owned and run business.
