Lambodhara Textile Ltd has informed that the members at the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 22, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Profit & Loss Account for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 and the Balance Sheet as on that date along with the Reports of the Auditors & Directors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Ms. R Vimala & Mr. Girish G Radia, as Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Mohan & Venkatramanan, Chartered Accountants, Coimbatore, as Auditors of the Company, to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
