Cunningham joins Lands' End from Gap Inc, where he served as VP Operating Strategy.
In that role, he introduced analytical and customer insight capabilities that resulted in meaningful, measurable improvements in customer experience for Gap, Old Navy and Banana Republic brands.
Prior to joining Gap, Cunningham held leadership roles in marketing and retail strategy at DemandTec, Evant, Prophet Venture Advisors and Booz, Allen & Hamilton.
He started his career with Procter & Gamble, where he founded and led Procter & Gamble's European Marketing Strategy team.
Cunningham is a graduate of University of Manchester in England and holds an MS from the Scottish Business School.
