Turtle MD bags title of 'Most Admired Retail Personality'

The Managing Director of Kolkata-based clothing brand – Turtle, Sanjay Jhunjhunwala walked away with the title of 'Most Admired East India Retail Personality of the Year' at the East India Retail Summit 2012 held in Kolkata.
The awards ceremony which was held for the garment, footwear, jewellery, fashion accessories, eyewear sector for those from only the eastern zone, was preceded by a fashion show – 'India Brand Show', which saw the participation of leading fashion brands and top models.
Menswear brand – Moustache bagged the 'Most Admired Retailer of the Year' in the western outfit's category, while Manyavar carried off the 'Most Admired Retailer of the Year' in the Indian outfit's category.
Other finalists in the race for the western menswear category title were brands like Success, Turtle and Hoffmen, while in the Indian menswear category the finalists were Gatha and Prapti Fashions.
The 'Most Admired Retailer of the Year' in the womenswear (Indian) category was bagged by Prapti Fashions, which also had brands like Fida and Senses amongst the finalists.
