Ready-to-wear manufacturers participate in CPD Dusseldorf

Turkish ready-to-wear manufacturers took part in one of the world's biggest fashion fairs CPD Dusseldorf (February 4-6, 2007) and displayed exquisite collections showcasing the latest trends.
The opening show of young Turkish fashion designer Deniz Yegin, who won the Istanbul Textile and Apparel Exporters Association's (ITKIB) Young Designers Contest in 2005, was supported by ITKIB.
The show of Deniz Yegin was admired by the participants and visitors alike. Yegin was successful in impressing fashion authorities, group of buyers and media persons of the world. Experts appreciated Yegin's collection as innovative, modern and trendy.
Turkish companies had a total of 850 square meters of space in 5 different halls. Besides visitors from numerous countries and significant German buyers, visitors from the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Greece went to the fair. The profile of buyers consisted of Northern countries, which are still going through a cold winter, least affected by global warming.
