Jesta releases Vision Back Office Management Portal

Jesta, a leader in integrated ERP and unified commerce solutions, has unveiled its new Vision Back Office Management Portal. The portal is a web-based and cloud-ready portal that users can easily access to independently configure, create, manage, and track a range of strategic and administrative workflows for implementation across all commerce channels.

In addition to a clean and minimalistic UX design that’s intuitive for users to navigate, the Vision Back Office Management Portal features several new and enhanced capabilities that will empower head office, in-store and remote users. Users obtain a singular view of real-time information relative to their respective roles within each organisation, according to Jesta.

Jesta’s Vision Back Office Management Portal enables centralised management of omni-channel, wholesale and corporate sale customers, management of advanced channel- and rule-based promotions, and management of gift card and loyalty programs. The portal leverages advanced algorithms for automated consolidation of duplicate customer records.

One of the most innovative features within the new portal is Vision Surveys. Vision Surveys is a configurable, rule-based module that allows actionable and guided workflows to be implemented at the store level within Vision POS Store. Surveys can be leveraged for value-added services such as product customisations, special orders, warranties, pickups, and deliveries. Ultimately, surveys takes clienteling to the next level via limitless enablement for obtaining instant shopper feedback about a business’s products and services.
