Nominations for election to the Australian Wool Innovation Limited (AWI) Board of Directors (BOD) will open from 8 September 2005 and close on 28 September 2005.
In accordance with the constitution, three Directors must stand down to create the required three vacancies to be contested.
The three retiring Directors - Ian McLachlan, Kevin Bell and Peter Sykes - have all advised that they will be seeking re-election and in accordance with the constitution they are automatically nominated.
All other nominations must be received in writing by AWI between 8 September and 28 September 2005.

The AGM is being held at the Shores Function Complex in West Beach, Adelaide, South Australia at 2pm on Wednesday 9 November 2005.
AWI shareholders will be sent the AGM Notice of Meeting and voting papers with the Annual Report in mid-October.
